Fishing licences and the law
Recreational fishing permits are compulsory and obtainable before your trip at any Post Office.
Every fisherman will be permitted on board with a valid permit and will be advised by the skipper as to the species and minimum size and permissable quantity.
Should any person under the age of 18years (not accompanied by his/her direct parent) board,it is comulsory to produce a written lettr of concent by parent.
It is the understanding that your trip is taken on your own risk and the company / skipper wil not be liable for any eventualities.
At all times the skipper will be in full command of his vessel.
